14. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Our normal shipping schedule for the United States is:

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

These are estimated timeframes rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Carrier disruptions, weather, public holidays, transportation issues, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances can affect delivery.

15. Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If you discover an error after placing an order, contact service@teepearl.com as soon as possible.

We will try to assist where the order has not progressed too far through fulfilment, but changes cannot always be made after processing or dispatch has begun.

If delivery fails because of inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information, the appropriate resolution will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

16. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after the parcel has been prepared for shipment.

A newly created tracking number may not display carrier movement immediately.

Tracking information is provided by or derived from shipping carriers and logistics systems, and updates may occasionally be delayed.

If your order exceeds the normal delivery period or appears to have a genuine delivery problem, contact service@teepearl.com.

17. Risk of Loss and Delivery Problems

Delivery issues will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.

The use of an independent shipping carrier does not automatically eliminate any responsibility TeePearl may have to fulfil your order.

If a shipment appears lost, damaged, incorrectly delivered, or otherwise affected by a delivery problem, contact us so the matter can be investigated.

18. Returns

TeePearl offers eligible products a 30-calendar-day voluntary return period beginning on the date the customer receives the order.

For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of return shipping.

The designated return centre is in China and is published directly in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Do not send returns to the registered business address of Worldwide Apparel Group LLC unless TeePearl has specifically instructed you in writing to do so.

19. Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Goods

The voluntary return policy does not replace rights that may apply when a product is:

• defective;
• damaged;
• incorrectly supplied;
• materially different from the product ordered;
• otherwise not as described.

Where TeePearl is responsible for the issue, the matter will be handled separately from an ordinary customer-paid change-of-mind return and in accordance with applicable law.

20. Refunds

Eligible refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

After TeePearl has issued a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

Depending on the provider, this may take up to 10 business days after the refund has been issued.

21. Exchanges

TeePearl does not operate an automatic exchange program.

Where you want a different eligible item, variation, or product, the normal process is to return the original eligible item in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and place a new order.

22. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you want to change or cancel an order, contact service@teepearl.com as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate the request if fulfilment has not progressed too far.

We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification once processing has started or an order has been dispatched.

If an eligible order has already been delivered, the applicable return process can be used instead.

23. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers may have specific conditions, including:

• validity periods;
• qualifying products;
• minimum order requirements;
• excluded products;
• usage limitations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify TeePearl for losses caused by TeePearl's own breach, negligence, unlawful conduct, or matters for which responsibility cannot lawfully be transferred.
